Future Sites

If you are interested in hosting a future conference, please contact a Board member. Buildings wishing to host the Conference take a leading role in conference planning and execution. The only requirements are that the city chosen has the lodging and meeting space required to host approximately 300 conference attendees. Sites are chosen based on building support, lodging and meeting room availability, costs, and participation in the Conference.


Host site responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate site visit with local visitors bureau, hotel, and attractions
  • Host Fall planning meeting
  • Assist with local contacts for the agenda, including keynote speaker
  • Identify potential local sponsors
  • Identify local printer for conference notebook and signage
  • Recruit local interns for on-site support during conference
  • Provide advice/input on local tourist attractions and site possibilities for evening functions
  • Assist with pre-conference storage of Scholarship Raffle items and transportation of items to the hotel
  • Secure prizes for local restaurants for giveaways during the conference
  • Assist with various last minute details
