Assistant Ticket Director

The Assistant Ticket Director serves as a member of the ticket office team that is committed to excellence and advancing the Department of Athletics through its strategic plan. Manages ticketing operations for non-athletic/special events including concerts, family shows, assigned Ohio High School Athletic Association events, and any assigned sports. Responsible for the development of seating manifests, ticket pricing and seating configurations, as well as the programming and modification of all computerized ticket information through communication with facility staff, promoters and ticketing providers. Coordinates information distribution, inventory management, ticket order fulfillment and processing, financial reporting, and ticket settlements. Collaborates with other department areas on assigned events to coordinate ticketing needs for sales, marketing, promotions and event operations. Works with ticket office administrative staff to ensure appropriate staffing at events, and assists with resolving customer issues and concerns via established ticket office policies and customer service procedures. Assists in the overall management of the ticket office and performs other related duties as assigned.
