Please follow these step-by-step instructions to help gain approval from your management to attend:
STEP 1:
Review the EAMC agenda and determine which sessions you plan to attend. Choose those that will most benefit you, your department, your attendees, your team or your organization. Each of the sessions will offer specific knowledge pertinent to the live entertainment industry and will be broken down by specialization in order to improve you/your team’s productivity and efficiency, utilization of resources and ticket sales for events.
STEP 2:
Review the information on the About EAMC pages for more details about the conference and visit the Testimonials page to hear from industry veterans on why you should attend. Do you feel that you might learn something by sharing ideas and best practices with other industry attendees? Are there other arenas or live event promoters who normally attend the conference some of whom you work with in the industry? Could you or your organization benefit by building and strengthening relationships within the live entertainment industry to increase your bottom line – either now or in the near future?
STEP 3:
Review the Registration and Hotel Information pages for details on the Early Bird Registration fee deadline and hotel room block at the discounted rate in order to save money by registering early.
STEP 4:
Complete the Request Letter and submit it to your supervisor or management. This letter will easily allow you to demonstrate why you should attend the Event & Arena Marketing Conference.
