Cancellation Policy
Prior to May 1, cancellations will be fully refunded. After May 1, a $100 administration fee will be withheld from all refunds. Please contact Shelby Thompson if you have questions regarding this policy.
Activities
Meet new people during the team building activity on Wednesday, June 9th. The agenda committee is planning an exciting afternoon for you, so be sure to sign up. This activity is included in the cost of registration. Check back with us over the next few months to learn more details about what is planned.
For those who will be in Chicago on Saturday afternoon, the planning committee is researching several ideas for an optional afternoon activity. We encourage you to stay and play on Saturday. Let us know if you want to join in on the fun by signing up when you register. EAMC planners will follow up with those who are interested and provide more details.

Hotel: Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile
Discount room rates, priced at $179 (single or double), are available at the Marriott. Incidentals, internet access, parking and snacks are extra. Hotel parking is $20 daily. Room reservation deadline is May 9. Rates and availability after May 9 are NOT guaranteed. Be sure to reserve your room early!
We encourage everyone to arrive by the opening session at 1pm on Wednesday and stay through Sunday morning!

A special self-parking rate is available for conference attendees ($20/day). Park in the garage at the corner of Rush & Ohio. Be sure to get a voucher at the registration area to receive the special rate.
