Jim Delaney is a veteran sports and entertainment executive with a track record of developing award-winning marketing communications campaigns. Currently working with several high-profile pro teams, events, venues and corporate brands in the areas of strategic consulting, revenue generation, social/digital marketing, creative PR, and corporate partnership activation.
In his current role as Manager, Live Entertainment & Venue Marketing at Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment (MLSE), Adam Armit oversees the live entertainment marketing portfolio including concerts and special events throughout some of Canada’s premier entertainment venues; Scotiabank Arena, Coca-Cola Coliseum, and BMO Field. He also oversees the ideation, strategic planning and execution of marketing plans for all venue brand initiatives, digital platforms and partner integrations.
Marissa Dionne is a 19-year veteran in the entertainment and venue management industry specializing in Marketing and Public Relations. As Senior Director of Marketing for OVG Facilities & Arena Alliance, Dionne supports and coaches the onsite staff at all their venues. Additionally, Dionne leads all branding and marketing efforts for OVG Facilities. Prior to joining OVG, Dionne spent eight years with Global Spectrum (now Spectra) supporting several marketing and sales professionals in arenas and conventions centers throughout the U.S. and Canada. Dionne started her career with Madison Square Garden, CT at the Hartford Civic Center.
Tammy Koolbeck began as Executive Director of the Iowa State Center in August 2015. She works for the Ames- based company, VenuWorks. She has worked in the venue management industry for over 20 years and most recently served as Chief Marketing Officer/Senior Vice President for the VenuWorks corporate office. She is currently serving as Chair of the Board for the International Association of Venue Managers Board of Directors. IAVM is an international venue management association with over 5,000 members across the world.
Shani Tate Ross serves as Vice President, Sales & Marketing of Sprint Center, the award-winning landmark arena located in downtown Kansas City, Mo. that anchors more than $9 billion in economic investment. Shani establishes strategies designed to achieve measurable revenue objectives in arena business operations including Marketing & Communications, Partnership Sales & Service, as well as Premium & Group Ticketing. Under Shani’s leadership, the Sales and Marketing department works to seamlessly integrate data-driven revenue generating initiatives and enhance the continuity of the guest & partner experience.
